| Hello Everybody Im going to do continues flow cytometric analysis of whole blood. my lab work will be heavy and i dnt want to loss any time. Im sure that i wil need to use fixative for some of my samples. I want to prepare a suitable fixative wiht long term shelf life. i know about paraformaldehyde but as i know its shelf life is about 3 - 4 monthes. can any one help me about a appropriate fixation buffer please? thanks Rozveh |

| I use Paraformaldehide 1% diluted in PBS. Its preparation it's kind of time consuming, but the results are pretty good. Thanks for the shelf life info. |
