Pyronin Y staining

I am starting a new experiment and staining with Pyronin Y to sort the cell to find out the cell cycle stage of cells
does anybody have a protocol and a description as which laser sets should be there as in every reference there are diffrent set of range described and i have limited range of lasers as we have Blue Octagon lasre on our FACs aria, on santacruz biotech it is mention as excitation maximum of Pyronin Y is between 488 and 530nm, on sigma it is mention as 548nm and in Cancer Res(2009);69(8):3317-3324 it is mention as 561 nm and emission at 570 to 600nm, so just confused as what is the exact wavelength? please provide protocol also
