Question Clumping of 3T3 when staining with PI

I'm using FACS for cell cycle analysis by staining 3T3 with PI. My forward and side scattering indicate that nuclei are clumping together which is messing up my FL2-A peaks. Any suggestions for fixing this? I've read that people add DNase, can anyone verify that this works?

Thanks!
