 Percentage and/or MFI Dear colleagues, We have been analyzed numerous NK cell receptors after in vitro treatment with many cytokines. We expressed NK cell receptors in percentage as well as in MFI. Is it necessary that percentage and MFI have the same direction? If it is not, what could be the reasons and what could be the explanation? Also, I do not know if there is a correlation between percentage and MFI? Does MFI influence percentage or contra? Thank you very much in advance  |
