Flow Cytometry Data Median Arithmetic and Geometric Means

Hiya dudes,
i have just done a flow cytometry experiment and I got the median, arithmetic mean, and geometric means from the data.

I am not sure I understand what these values mean or which you use for interpretation.

Can someone help me with this analysis?
