 Bright FACS Fusion Proteins Hello, does anyone with flow cytometry experience know which are brighter FACS fusion proteins? The reason I ask is I am isolating small population of cells from lung tumors. Then I will FACS sort the cancer cells to isolate the cells which express the fusion protein FP. I need a marker bright enough to pick up these cells. Any ideas? thanks in advance guys         |
