We're trying to use proQ diamond stain from Molecular Probes (Invitrogen) to stain phosphoproteins, this works relatively well but when we try to co-stain with Flamingo (BioRad) total protein stain we get far to much background to get any good data from it.

Any Suggestions??

Many Thanks
