dead? To think it's not cruel to keep someone in an enclosed space, for the rest of their life is definitely naive.

What difference does it make if you give someone the death penalty or make them live in a cell forever?

I say cut the costs and execute them. Oh and to end bs rhetorical statements don't give me Well what if you kill an innocent man?, I can be stupid and ask you back. What if you keep an innocent man in a cell till they die?
Bonus Question: Why is Charles Manson still on death row?
Margaux part deux: You failed because

A) You posted a die hard liberal site.
B)The major problem with your statement is you're talking about the legality of appeals process. I'm talking about paying to keep them alive in a cell. You're talking about the legal system, I'm talking about the maintenance it costs to keep someone alive in a cell.
PhillyGuy: How do you compensate someone for the decades they lost for being in a jail cell? I say give everyone one appeal process. If it doesn't work. They get killed. It's that simple and that fair. Law isn't perfect. Innocent people get life sentences, it's impossible to micromanage everything. Even if you find out that individual is innocent and let them go. How do you give them those years of their life back? Plus how do you compensate everything they missed out on like a job. You can't. So one appeal, if it fails, you die.
