Hey guys, I'm new to the forum so bear with me...

I've got this last question that I cannot find an answer to, here it is:

The incubation of (NAG)4 with lysozyme results in the slow formation of (NAG)6 and (NAG)2. Propose a mechanism for this reaction.

Could someone guide me in the right direction? or link me to an answer?

Thanks in advance:)

Hello Everyone,

I have problems graphing my Prolactin ELISA data. I have so much data on the Excel spreadsheet, but don't know which data to use to graph the absorbance vs. PRL concentration. There is really too much information to post on here, so if you can help me, please give me your email so I can send the data and you can try to help me.

I have never really done an ELISA. I just completed the experiment, and now am expected to know what to do with all the data, when I really dont. This is for an undergraduate Endocrinology class.

If you don't want to help for free, I will pay you as much as you need to help me graph my data.

The only problem I have is to figure out what data to use.

So if you can help, just private message me or reply here with your email so I can send you the data. I have never done this ELISA, thats why I am so confused and need help.

Thanks Again,
