<div>Hi all,<br />
It is my first post. Stuck at yeast two hybrid system. Screening is done. Unable to identify the target protein. Isolated yeast plasmid DNA , electroporated in E. coli ans selected for Amp resistance (prey vector). Some colony appeared. Purified the DNA from E. coli BUTTTTT the digestion profile does not give the desired match. <br />
Can anyone suggest something.<br />
Ur kind help is  required.<br />
