I hope you can help me with this tricky problem. So, I have pBR322 transformed into E.coli (DH5alpha) it grows perfectly in liquid medium with antibiotic but not on the plates. We don't think we have made mistake with antibiotic concentration. Have you got maybe any explanation? Thx in advance</div>
