Hi all,

I would like to know if there are tools available that would allow searching a protein database using a list of accession numbers/ID's (UniProt) as input, and getting as an output a corresponding list of values for a certain attribute, e.g. molecular mass. I'm working with MS data, and extracting this kind of information manually for a specific set of hundreds of proteins from Mascot result files is not feasible. Of course it is possible to generate a script for this, but if there are ready-made tools for this, it would be nice to know.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
