| Hi, I did a bisulphite conversion and via a cloning a sequencing afterwards. Not all the C are transformed into T. the conversion ratio should be more than 97% and I had to check it from my promoter. But do I have to calculate it for all the clones together or all seperately? thanks Kris |

| In this case you can also find terms like H3K9me2 - and the 'me2' means dimethylation Sometimes shortcut 'ac' is also useful (it means acetylation) |
