 Veracode Illumina for methylation? Opinions Dears Colleagues, I'm gonna start to study the methylation status of a pool of gene promoters, in relation with lung cancer. Given the high number of genes, we would like to contract an external service for making the analysis. The most interesting budget we have received is for a study with Veracode technology, from Illumina. I would like to know if some of you have experience with this technology and what you think about it. Would it be a good choice for this kind of analysis? Thank you very much.  |
