Default Transcriptional gene silencing



Hello
Can any one tell me the strategies to design shRNA for Transcriptional gene silencing(TGS).Or can I follow same procedure as for PTGS.

Sigma has a plasmid kit that may help you

also GeneLink has an shRNA design software on the web you may find useful:

TRC also has some rules that you may want to double check after using the program (GeneLink) to check:
