Rotation of cyclonic-based storms
 
Why does the Coriolis effect seem to effect cyclonic-based storms differently than wind? Wind rotates to the right in the northern hemisphere. However cyclonic-based storms rotate to the left (counterclockwise) in the northern hemisphere. Why the difference?
