Default Lead Testing Kits

Hey all,
I'm an amatuer and I'm looking for a lead testing kit that is proven and works, that's effective for testing lead in water, or sand/dirt. Is this a good product?: h t t p : / / w w w . l e a d i n s p e c t o r . c o m / t e s t i n g . h t m l

Thanks in advance!.
