Default Help with volcano making?



I'm making a volcano and don't have vinegar but i have olive oil could i use it in place of the olive oil if not is there anything else i can use in place of vinegar. If not can you give me another science experiment to do with 6th grader, 3rd grader and 1st grader. (first grader is super smart ) Thanks a ton 10 points for best answer. !!!!
