| Aren't earthquakes and disasters getting bigger and more frequent each year because we're due to pass through the galactic equator in 2012? |

| The only disasters that are becoming more frequent are cyclones, hurricaines, trunamis and floods. These are only increasing in number because of global warming, a human-caused problem. Earthquakes and other natural disasters are not becoming more frequent - we only hear about more because in this modern age, every corner of the earth has communication across the globe. |
