| AtDynex Technologies we have some very exciting new ELISA technology. You may know that Dynex was the inventor of the microtitre plate back in 1960 (we were known as Cook Engineering at the time). Thus we have a long and storied history of ELISA innovations. Our latest is a platform for multiplexed ELISA. One sample can be tested against up to 21 analytes in a single well. The reproducibility, sensitivity, and dynamic range for each analyte is comparable to its corresponding singleplex ELISA measurement. The technique has additional advantages over alternative technologies like robotic spotting on glass or microbead flow cytometry. It's much easier to use. It's just like ELISA and we have automated the entire process. It's also less than half the price of these alternative approaches. And the cost per test is much less. |
