| Hey I am doing the human sRANKL ELISA (peprotech), and I get colour all over the plate, ie the same colour in the blank as well as all the standards and the samples as well! I tried blocking with FCS 10% instead of 1% BSA, that just reduced the ODs, the colour still remained similar. |
