| In my new lab they use skimmed milk to block ELISA plates even for the detection of bovine antibodies. I say that this is not a good idea. What do you think? |

| I don't think so.Although the milk include IgG of bovine,BSA bind to the solid phase.BSA is not a good antigen to animal. I think is not a problem to it.Is the back-ground color high? |
