 ELISA determination of EGFR I aim to implement a method to determine the expression of EGFR in my fibroblasts using ELISA. I would like to attach the whole lysed protein to the well surface and then incubate with the primary and then secondary attached with Alexa Fluor 488. I need to know whether I can coat the 96 well plates with some protein I obtained (I used 1 % SDS and phosphorylation inhibitors), what cell lysis and plate coating buffers are the best to use, and a protocol to coat the plates. Please let me know your protocols and ideas to do things as planned.  |
