Default competitive ELISA



I am having trouble to reproduce my data that I get from competitive ELISA. I get different values every time eventhough I use the same amount of antigen to coat plate, dilution of primary antibody, and secondary antibody for a particular sample.

Please tell me how to reproduce the data
