| Hi, I need help. I have done a PCR when there are two products with similar size. They have a size about 1000 pb. I have separated them in a polyacrilamide gel, 8% T and 1,28% C, for 7 hours but aren't well separated from each other. How can I have more resolution of separating of these PCR products?. I need sequencing each. Thanks |
