| I've been doing EMSAs on proteins with an N terminal HA tag and I have noticed that when I add anti-HA antibody to the reaction that it not only supershifts the complex but also seems to improve interaction of my protein with the probe. Has anyone noticed similar effects when doing supershifts? Is there an explanation for this effect? Cheers! |
