how to locate or highlight a particular primer from a complete DNA sequneces?
 

i wanted to study the gene responsible for molting of shrimp.. so i enterd into NCBI(national centre for biotechnology institute) site..where i downloaded my desired gene complete sequence. From this sequence i am trying to design a primer for amplifying the desired gene..but here what the problem i am facing is i cant highlight my primer in whole sequence of desired gene..pls help me.
