 2-D electrophoresis I am working on a homework problem which has: You tell your student that you need her to run a 2-D gel from the fraction you retrieved in Part A. You know the following: Size Charge at pH7 70 kD +6 40 kD +6 30 kD +11 20 kD +3 Draw the relative positions of these proteins on 2-D gel below: pH 4.0 5.0 6.0 7.0 8.0 9.0 10.0 100 KD 25 How do I know how to relate pH charges at 7.0 relative to the Isoelectric point (pI) of this plot?     |
