 how to modify EMSA(biotin labled oligos)? Hi, Rescently I did the EMSA USING the biotin labled Oligo. I can not see the shift band. But I can see the positive control which is the kit provided. thanks  |

| Re: how to modify EMSA(biotin labled oligos)? Make sure to anneal your labeled oligonucleartide first. The binding condition, binding buffer, protein  NA ratio, cofactor should be optomised. |
