 RNA-EMSA - hepl me please Hi there! I'm going to do RNA-EMSA for the first time. I will incubate 600 nt RNA with nuclear extracts ant then run electrophoresis. What is the best method of RNA-labeling? And how to retrieve proteins from the PAA gel in order to send them to mass spectometry? I'm looking foreward to any help!  |
