 FRT sequences Hello everyone, I'm trying to design a construct in which my gene is flanked by FRT sites. I've been looking for the sequence of FRTs and I found many different ones and now I don"t know which one to use. What are the differences? I mean, is there any difference in recombination frequency? In some construct I find 5'-GAAGTTCCTATTCC-3' immediately ustream of the FRT. Is this sequence part necessary? Thanks a lot!  |
