 germline expression????? Hi everyone, I'm not sure how to tell which stocks and transgenic constructs (all kinds- p elements with transgenes, etc) are indicated for expression in the germline. I don't mean drivers- I am told that every transgenic line I use I should check if it is expressed in the germline. I was also wondering why germline and somatic expression is so different? Any help would be appreciated!  |
