 Balancer Chromosome Hi, I like to know, how possible it is, that recombination between a balancer chromosome (FM7) and my transgene carrying chromosome occurs? I don't know the cytological position of my transgene, but in my balanced stock I time observe a loss of my transgene from time to time, so is it due to recombination? Thank you in advance!  |
