 Sv40 trailer Dear all, the SV40 trailer of pGL3 basic consists only of the late poly(A) signal in contrast to the one of pUAST which additionally has the intron of the small T antigen. I would like to use the shorter version of the SV40 trailer for my contsructs. Do you have experience using this trailer in Drosophila? Thank you very much! Kind regards, Christian  |
