 What's the Penetrance of Sternopleural marker? Hello, I have been using Sp in various backgrounds, mostly over CyO. Can someone tell me how penetrant this marker is and what kind of variation I should expect as I cross it into different backgrounds? It seems to disappear in a fraction of my progeny in certain crosses. Thanks (please email me, as I don't check this group much!)  |

| Re: What's the Penetrance of Sternopleural marker? I've been working with Sp for about two years, and as far as I can tell, it's 100% penetrant. So it's probably pretty close to 100%. |
