Hello there carcar!

Welcome to the forums!

Well depending on how you want to approach it and what materials you have we can help you!

What will be your source of blood? If you buy from a supermarket, you can easily extract DNA from the blood using ethanol (70% and 100% solutions). You need a salt solution as well and a way to mix and collect the DNA (using a spool).

We can provide you with more information if you can tell us what materials you have at hand.

Can you use lab equipment or is this purely from home?

Cheers!
