If I leave a plasmid sample outside the fridge overnight would it still be usable?

If forgotten to put the sample back in the fridge and it was left in the bucket of ice overnight (water by morning!)would it be still usable? Actually, it was i the 18 C room, and the eppendorfs felt cold when I checked them in the morning
