Post Guide

Hi,
I did my graduation in Bioinformatics from MANIT, Bhopal, India.Currently am working at TCS(since June-2011).
I am from non-biology background and in college I didn't had any subject on Wet lab(Bioitechnology).
Past few months I am wondering which line to go for, either medical informatics, health care, genetics, clinical trials, bioinformatics,,, etc.
I am interested to have masters in lifescience sector.
As of now, I am interested for MS but, with some highlights and guidance on which streams to opt for I may think for PhD too.
Can you please help me how can I figure out which line to go for or if possible provide me links to know about the current works in realted fields.
