Question Labeling genomic DNA with 32-P dCTP?

Hello All!
Im currently a grad student working on the isolation of DNA-protein crosslinks. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good protocols for isolating sufficient amounts of DPCs (DNA-protein crosslinks) from gDNA as well as a subsequent post-labeling protocol for labeling gDNA with radioactive dCTP? Thanks!

Jason
