Question DNA Loading Dye Recipe
Hey,

does anyone have a very good DNA loading dye recipe?

One that really puts the DNA into the well with minimal puffing?

Hey,
This may seem quite late, but it always helps to mix your DNA product with minimal volume of Concentrated dye. I use 0.5ul of 6X dye for every 5ul of amplified DNA.
