| Good Afternoon, I'm new on this forum and I'm sending this mail in order to ask for your help. Indeed, I just wanted to know if somebody knows a protocol for eliminating Mitochondrial DNA from a sample. In fact, I have one sample which contains Viral DNA and mitochondrial DNA and I just want to get rid of the mtDNA in order to have only the viral DNA. If somebody could help me, I would be very grateful ?Thanks a lot, |
