 DNA precipitation from organic phase of TRIzol reagent I'm having some difficulties with precipitating DNA from the organic and interphase of TRIzol reagent (post removal of the aqueous phase for RNA extraction) using the method reccommended in the Invitrogen instruction manual that comes with the TRIzol. Would love some feedback from other users who might have had some success with perhaps different methods of DNA precipitation. Thank you in advance.  |
