When reading an autoradiograph, do you read the order of nucleotide bases from the bottom or top of the gel? (Assuming that at the 'bottom' there are the larger DNA fragments, and at the 'top' the smaller ones). Thanks

If the bottom has the larger fragments and top has the smaller ones, then I would read from the top to the bottom.

Yeah. It’s good to be yourself. Same with you, I will try to do something. So I support your decision!
