| Hello Can anyone recommend a protocol to purify DNA from my RNA lysis buffer. I am using an Oligo-dT bead protocol and once the RNA is bound the supernatant is discarded but I would like to try and purify the DNA for genotyping. The buffer contains LiCl and LiDS (for the RNA extraction). Can I just use an ethanol cleanup and precipitation to remove the salt and concentrate the DNA. Thanks! |
