Default DNA isolation and quantification question?

Here's what I've been given:
"A typical white blood cell (wbc) count in whole blood is ~7 x 10power6 cells per ml. If each human white cell contains 12pg DNA what is the maximum theoretical yield of DNA possible? Calculate your yield from the blood sample as a percentage of this theoretical figure and comment on the results"

"If 20micrograms of DNA is required for profiling by RFLP analysis what volume of blood would you need (i.e. with the you obtained)?"

"If 1ng of DNA is required for profiling by STR analysis what volume of blood would you need?"

Any help would be amazing!!
