Default QuickExtract plant DNA

Hi we've been trying the Epicentre Biotechnologies QuickExtract Plant DNA soln and wondered if there were any ways to refine the method to combat what we suspect are problems with the interference of inhibitors like polyphenols. Or if anyone knows of another single solution thats useful for DNA extraction for PCR. Thanks :-)

I recommend trying the PlantAmp 2X PCR premix, which is made for polyphenolic-rich plant samples. It improved the consistency of amplification with QuickExtract Plant samples from cotton leaves, for example.

i think you can try CTAB method or Purgene method of plant DNA extraction for this.
