Question Interpretacion gel (Extraccion ADN fron E. coli) AYUDA



Hola, soy nueva en esto.
Hemos extraido DNA (E.coli)
Usamos SDS, lysozyme, proteinase K, CTAB, chloroform:isoamyl alcohol, isopropanol, ethanol y TE.
En el gel, sale una banda de genomic DNA sobre los 37.5 Kb, otra bajo los 20Kb y un smear entre 750 y 200 bp.
Son las dos bandas de arriba genomic (por que dos?) y el smear plasmid? O es genomic solo la primera, plasmid la segunda y RNA el smear?
Estoy muy confundida, gracias.
