 Genomic DNA Library Probing Hi all! i am going to probe a genomic dna plasmid library. Has anyone had experience doing this? the problem is my hybridizations with Dig Digoxin labeled gene fragments are giving weaker signals than my positive controls. is this normal? cheers        |
