plz excuse my week english

i came to ur web site with aiming to git pefit from all of u
and to be friend also

my first thread

am a studient in the master dgree

am willig to work with three of the snip of visfatin gene to see if there is arelation to the incidance of colone cancer in human in my country

my quistions is:

ts very important for me to know what is the best enzymes i should use to cut the folowing primer after amplification in the PCR
PLZ PLZ i need anser

i have the folwing primer of the visfatin snips i want the enzyme for the first and second snip

and the lasr request i want the forward and reverse primer for the following visfatin snips

and also the restriction enzyme to digest this prime after amplifying it with PCR
