hey even i god d bands on a gel.....but dnt know hw to interpret d result..i mean y dis band is here n not dere.....plz reply me to so dat i can explain all d details..plzz help me..

What exactly do you want to analyze? Can you post your gel here by clicking on Reply then Manage Attachments then UPLOAD (browse and select your gel image) then click submit?

hi dear......thanx for atleast reading my stupid question n replyinggggg...
i have uploaded d gel phoresis image...i used d restriction enzyme. Bamh1.........nw i got d bands but i wanna interpret d result .....besically we wanna write lab report in d form of a scientific paper..so i want to know hw shud i write d result ...looking at dis photo..n den discission on it....y we got a perticular band at a specific location.........see 1st lane is empty..lane 2..4...6...undigested and lane 3..5..7 digeted....nw lane.2 and 3 genomic DNA...4and 5..plasmid dna by boiling lysis ........lane 6and 7 plasmid dna by alkalinelysis..........8th lane lambda hind three marker and 9th lane pUC 18... dats it...nw tell me hw to interpret d result...
